01MSC Therapy
What is MSC therapy and how does it work?

Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) therapy is a form of regenerative medicine that uses specialised stem cells to support the body's natural repair processes. MSCs have a unique ability to migrate to sites of injury or inflammation, release bioactive signals, and stimulate tissue regeneration at a cellular level.

At Royal Group Wellness, MSC therapy is administered by our experienced clinical team following a thorough consultation and health assessment. The treatment can target a range of conditions — from musculoskeletal degeneration to immune dysregulation and anti-ageing applications.

Is MSC therapy safe?

MSC therapy has a strong safety profile when administered by qualified clinical professionals using appropriately sourced and processed cells. Our clinical protocols align with international regenerative medicine standards, and every client undergoes a comprehensive pre-treatment assessment to confirm suitability.

As with all medical procedures, there are potential risks — which our clinicians will discuss openly with you during your consultation. We do not administer MSC therapy unless we are confident it is appropriate and safe for your individual profile.

Am I eligible for MSC therapy?

Eligibility depends on your current health status, medical history, and treatment goals. In general, MSC therapy may not be suitable for individuals with active cancers, certain autoimmune conditions, or active infections. Our clinicians conduct a full assessment prior to recommending treatment.

The best way to determine eligibility is to schedule a free initial consultation — our team will review your history and advise accordingly.

What can I expect after MSC therapy?

Most clients experience minimal downtime following MSC therapy. Some mild transient effects — such as localised soreness, mild fatigue, or low-grade fever — can occur in the first 24–72 hours, which typically resolve quickly.

The regenerative effects of MSC therapy often develop gradually over weeks to months as the cellular processes take effect. Our team will schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and optimise your care plan accordingly.

How many sessions of MSC therapy will I need?

The number of sessions required varies based on your individual health goals and the condition being treated. Some clients achieve their desired outcomes with a single treatment; others benefit from a series of sessions spaced over several months.

Our clinicians will recommend a personalised treatment plan during your initial consultation, with regular reviews to adjust the approach based on your response.

02IV & Longevity Drips
What are IV nutrient drips and who are they for?

IV nutrient therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other key compounds directly into the bloodstream — bypassing the digestive system for maximum absorption. This makes IV therapy significantly more effective than oral supplementation for many applications.

Our IV drips are suitable for a broad range of goals including immune support, energy enhancement, anti-ageing, athletic recovery, and general vitality. We also offer specialised drips such as NAD+ for cellular energy and peptide therapies for longevity support.

What is NAD+ and why is it important?

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body. It plays a critical role in cellular energy production, DNA repair, and gene expression. Levels of NAD+ naturally decline with age, which is associated with many of the markers of ageing and metabolic decline.

NAD+ IV therapy replenishes these levels directly, and many clients report improvements in energy, mental clarity, mood, and recovery. It is a core component of our longevity and anti-ageing protocols.

How long does an IV drip session take?

Session duration varies depending on the type of drip. Standard immunity or vitamin infusions typically take 45–90 minutes. NAD+ drips are slower and may take 2–4 hours to administer safely. Our clinic is designed for comfort during longer sessions, and our team will be attentive throughout.

03Genetic Testing
What does genetic testing involve?

Our genetic testing involves a simple, non-invasive saliva or blood sample. The sample is sent to an accredited laboratory for comprehensive genomic analysis. Results typically take 2–4 weeks and are reviewed with you in a dedicated consultation with one of our clinicians.

The test reveals insights into your predispositions for certain health conditions, optimal nutrition strategies, medication sensitivities, hormonal tendencies, and more — all used to inform a highly personalised wellness plan.

Is my genetic data kept private?

Absolutely. Your genetic data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and handled strictly in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You retain full ownership and control over your information at all times.

04Consultations & Process
What happens during my first consultation?

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive, no-obligation conversation with one of our senior clinicians. We will take a detailed health history, discuss your current lifestyle, explore your wellness goals, and outline the treatment options that may be appropriate for you.

There is no pressure to commit to any treatment at this stage. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you like — our goal is for you to leave with a clear understanding of your options and next steps.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No referral is required to book an initial consultation with us. You can contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our online booking form. However, if you have existing medical records or recent test results, bringing these along will help our clinicians give you the most accurate assessment.

Can I bring a family member or partner to my appointment?

Of course. We welcome guests at consultations and understand that health decisions are often made with loved ones. We can also arrange joint or couple consultations for partners interested in wellness programmes together — simply mention this when booking.

05Pricing & Bookings
Is the initial consultation free?

Yes — your initial consultation with our clinical team is complimentary and comes with no obligation. We believe the right wellness journey starts with a clear, honest conversation — and we want you to feel confident in your decisions before committing to any treatment.

How much do treatments cost?

Treatment costs vary depending on the type of therapy, the number of sessions recommended, and your individual care plan. Because every client's plan is tailored to their specific needs, we provide personalised pricing during the consultation process after reviewing your situation.

We are committed to transparency — you will always receive a clear, itemised quote before any treatment begins, with no hidden fees.

06Safety & Eligibility
Are the treatments at Royal Group Wellness safe?

Safety is our highest priority. Every treatment we offer is delivered by qualified medical professionals following evidence-based clinical protocols aligned with international standards. Before any treatment is administered, you will complete a thorough health assessment to confirm your suitability.

We will never recommend a treatment that we do not believe is appropriate for your health status. Our clinical team is trained to identify contraindications and will always prioritise your long-term wellbeing over any short-term commercial consideration.

Who is not suitable for regenerative therapies?

Regenerative therapies such as MSC and exosome treatment are generally not suitable for individuals who are:

  • Currently undergoing active cancer treatment or have a recent cancer history
  • Experiencing active infections or acute inflammatory conditions
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Taking certain immunosuppressive medications (case-by-case assessment required)

This list is not exhaustive. Our clinicians will conduct a full assessment to determine your individual eligibility and advise you honestly on the best course of action.

Do I need to prepare for treatments in any way?

Preparation varies by treatment type. In general, we recommend arriving well-hydrated, well-rested, and having eaten a light meal. For some therapies, specific pre-treatment guidance will be provided — for example, avoiding alcohol, certain medications, or strenuous exercise in the days prior.

Detailed preparation instructions will be sent to you after your consultation and before your treatment appointment. Our team is always available to answer any questions in advance.

Are your treatments suitable for international visitors to Cambodia?

Absolutely. We welcome clients from across Southeast Asia and beyond, and a significant portion of our clients are international visitors to Phnom Penh. We can conduct initial consultations remotely prior to your arrival, and our team will help coordinate your treatment schedule around your travel dates.

Please contact us in advance to allow sufficient time for pre-treatment assessment and planning.
